We strongly believe in our products and believe they’ll enhance your culinary experience. If you are dissatisfied with an item, we would love to hear why. 

We will only accept returns of products purchased directly from Bush Spice under the following conditions:

 

• Shipping costs are non refundable 
• Refunds may take up 30 days to process 
• Spices must be unopened and in original packaging to be considered for refund 
• To be considered for refund, Bush Spice must be receive the respective item within fourteen (14) days of the item’s purchase date. Refunds will only be made to the credit card/PayPal used for the original purchase date. We will not provide return tracking labels, so it is the customer’s responsibility to provide return tracking information

Incorrect Address

Bush Spice is not responsible for an incorrect address entered by the customer during the checkout process and will cover costs for reshipping the package to the correct address. Certain exceptions will be made but it is the customer's responsibility to ensure all shipping information is correct before placing their order.

If you do notice that the address was entered incorrectly and you already placed your order, please send an email to info@bushspice.com immediately including your order number and the correct shipping address. If the order was not yet processed, we will be able to update the address.

 

Delivery Times 

 

Delivery times can vary each time depending on several factors, such as the availability of the ingredients to make the spice. We take immense pride in maintaining spice freshness so our spices are made to order! Typically, shipping times are 3-5 days for handling, and depending on selected shipping option at checkout, will range from 3-8 days to the continuous United States.
