Refund Policy

At Bush Spice, we strongly believe in our products and trust they will enhance your culinary experience. If you are dissatisfied with an item, we would still love to hear why.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in limited cases approved by Bush Spice under the conditions below.

We will only consider returns or refunds for products purchased directly from Bush Spice under the following conditions:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• Refunds may take up to 30 days to process

• Spices must be unopened and in their original packaging to be considered for a refund

• To be considered for a refund, Bush Spice must receive the item within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date

• Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase

• We do not provide return shipping labels, so it is the customer’s responsibility to ship the item back and provide tracking information

Bush Spice is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
