Shipping Policy

At Bush Spice, shipping options and fees will be calculated at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Bush Spice is not responsible for an incorrect address entered by the customer during checkout and will not cover the cost of reshipping a package to the correct address. While certain exceptions may be made, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct before placing an order.

If you notice that your address was entered incorrectly after placing your order, please email info@bushspice.com immediately with your order number and the correct shipping address. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update the address.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on several factors, including ingredient availability. We take pride in maintaining spice freshness, so our spices are often made to order.

Typical order timing is:

• Handling time: 3–5 business days

• Shipping time: 3–8 business days within the contiguous United States, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout
